DG528AK Overview


This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 18-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm), making it easy to ship abroad. This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Tube. The multiplexer is located in Through Hole. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 8:1. Around -55°C~125°C TA is the extended operating temperature. The datasheets for the 18 pins explain the functions. It is generally not recommended to supply a voltage higher than 36V to the switch device in normal circumstances. The analogue multiplexer may be damaged if voltage is greater than 2.5mA. Despite this switch's dual supply capability, its voltage should not exceed 22V. 15V operating voltages can be used with this electrical part.
