DG642DY Overview


Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). The advanced packaging method Tube provides high reliability. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 2:1. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~85°C TA. A 1 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. A SPDT switching circuit is used for these analog switches. The multiplexer consists of 1 circuits. In this multiplexer, the internal resistance is 8Ohm. The functions of 8 pins can be found in the datasheets. Multiplexers should not be powered above 18V in normal situations. Analogue multiplexer with a Single supply type that is cost-effective. A low voltage of 10V should be applied to the electronic component. For this digital switch to work, 20μA current would suffice. If you put voltage higher than 6mA on the digital multiplexer, damage may occur. If put voltage greater than 15V on the multiplexer, damage may be caused to the device. You should attach at least 10V voltage if you are using dual power supply. This electrical part is compatible with 15V operating voltages. In order to operate the 1 inputs, there are several steps to follow. A 500MHz-bandwidth can be used for data transfer. An environment with a temperature greater than 85°C should not be used to operate the digital switches. There is 8Ohm Drain to Source resistance on this electronic part.
