DG9461DY Overview


Due to its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tube. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 2:1. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. The total number of terminations is 8. A key feature of the 8 series is the inclusion of this electronic part as part of its design. On the other hand, analog switches can be constructed using SPDT switching circuits. It has an internal resistance of 60Ohm. Datasheets for 8 pin functions are available upon request. There is Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer like this in the world. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 12V. Analogue multiplexers of the Single supply type that are cost-effective. It is recommended to use 2.7V as the lowest voltage for the electrical part. Analogue multiplexers require a 2.7V~5V voltage to drain from a single voltage supply. If put voltage greater than 1μA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. The 1 inputs need to be operated in order to work. A Drain to Source resistance of 50Ohm is shown for this electronic part. 2 outputs are included in the analogue multiplexer.
