The 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR).A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is set to 4.5V~14V, it can demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TA.Mosfet driver accepts input of type CMOS/TTL.There are 10 terminations to form the base of its configuration.A boot strap voltage of 50V is the maximum possible high-side voltage.
