DM74ALS251M Overview
Due to the fact that it is provided in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), digital switch allows the board to be compacted.In this case, it is packaged as Tube.The mounting method digital switch ic uses is Surface Mount.The analog IC in the multiplexers is identified as Multiplexer.Turn signal switch will not be susceptible to the external factors when the operating temperature is kept at 0°C~70°C.When operated with a 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, digital controlled switch provides digital controlled switch's superior flexibility for designers.In addition to being a member of the 74ALS series, these multiplexers have a wide range of applications.To find signal switch's related components, a base part number of 74ALS251 may also be used.In this case, Single is employed as the supply type.This multiplexer ic is configured with 16 pins.The multiplexer ic is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.There are 3 bits in signal multiplexer.If the supply voltage is 5V, reliable performance of the multiplexers can be achieved.It has 8 inputs.
