DP8422AVX-25 Overview


Materials from Tape & Reel (TR) are used in its packaging. For the purpose of saving board space, it is provided in the 84-LCC (J-Lead). Known for its high quality and reliable performance, it is a type of Dynamic RAM (DRAM). Set the operating temperature to 0°C~70°C. In order for 4.5V~5.5V to operate normally, a voltage must be supplied. The mounting technique used is Surface Mount. To prevent reflections off of the end of the transmission line, there are 84 terminations. There is a voltage supply to the device of 5V. There are two 84 pins on this device. The component with the lowest tolerance for high temperatures determines the reflow temperature limit of NOT SPECIFIED. An integrated unit is designed to work with MEMORY CONTROLLER, DRAM as its uPs/units/peripheral ICs.
