For greater flexibility, its 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is used.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 3 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 6V~38V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~125°C TA.Non-Inverting is used as its input type.Initially, the configuration is composed of 40 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number DRV8304.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 1.8V volts of power.There is an interface IC called HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.
