DS1231-20 Overview


There are 8 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. Packaged in the form of a Tube, power management is easy to use. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. There are 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 240 for the package during reflow. In a 5V supply voltage, the power management conducts. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. By Through Hole, IC management has been mounted. Power Management Circuits is a subcategory of this PMIC chip. Power management has a total of 8 pins. 8 pins are present on the power management system. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 4.5V volts. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5.5V volts in this IC management. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Through Hole. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: 0°C~70°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. The supply current of the power management is 500μA. It is always advisable to use DS1231, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. The power management must be powered by 5V volts to function properly.
