DS1231-50N Overview


There are 8 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. It is packaged with Tube. The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 1 channels. According to the specification, the package's peak reflow temperature is specified to be 240. Manage ics operate at 5V supply voltages. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. Using Through Hole, IC management is mounted. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. The total number of pins on this power management is 8. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 4.5V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation.
