DS1231S-50+ Overview


A total of 16 terminals are used to mount this power management. There is a Tube-packaging method applied to IC management. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 1 channels. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. When a supply voltage of 5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. A total of 16 pins are located on this power management. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: 0°C~70°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. You can always use DS1231, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
