DS1231S-50 Overview


There are 16 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. It is packaged with Tube. The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. Please find attached 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) functions for your reference in this IC power. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. There is a voltage supply of 5V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. It has a total of 16 pins that are attached to IC management. Power managment ic pin count is 16. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 4.5V for this PMIC. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountThis power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: 0°C~70°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. The supply current of the power management is 2mA. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using DS1231, the base power ics number. The power management can work with a maximum supply temperature of 2mA.
