DS1233-10+T&R Overview


Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. Please refer to power management for TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The mount is attached to Through Hole. This power management system has 3 pins. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 1.2V for this PMIC. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. In this case, Through Hole is the recommended mounting type. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~85°C TA . While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. Supplied with a operating current of 50μA, this PMIC is capable of fully function as specified. To find similar IC managements from the manufacturer, you can always search by DS1233. The maximum supply temperature that PMIC chip can work with is 50μA. As you may know, this PMIC comes from the well-known EconoReset series product line.
