DS1233-15+T&R Overview
It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). As a reference, this IC power includes TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) functions for your convenience. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. Through Hole is the one that mounts power management. Power managment ic pin count is 3. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 1.2V volts. This IC power should be powered by no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). In this case, Through Hole is the recommended mounting type. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Open Drain or Open Collector. Supplied with a operating current of 50μA, this PMIC is capable of fully function as specified. You can always use DS1233, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 50μA. As you may know, this PMIC comes from the well-known EconoReset series product line.
