DS1233AZ-10+T&R Overview


This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). There are TO-261-4, TO-261AA functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. Pin count of the power management is 4. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 1.2V volts. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. The power management's supply current is 50μA. It is always advisable to use DS1233A, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 50μA. As the name implies, this supervisor is a kind of the famous EconoReset series product line.
