DS1233D-10 Overview


As you can see, this power management is mounted through 3 terminals. Packaged in the form of a Bulk, power management is easy to use. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. Please find attached TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) functions for your reference in this IC power. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. A supply voltage of 5V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The power management is mounted by Through Hole. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. The total number of pins on this power management is 3. 3 pins make up the power management. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 1.2V. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5.5V volts in this IC management. In this case, Through Hole is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage.
