DS1233D-10+T&R Overview


Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. In this PMIC, you can find TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) functions for your reference. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. The power management is mounted by Through Hole. 3 pins are on the supervisor. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1.2V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5.5V volts in this IC management. Through Hole is the recommended mounting type. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector. For this power management, there is an 50μA volt supply current. You can always use DS1233D, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. The power management can work with a maximum supply temperature of 50μA. A PMIC from the well-known EconoReset series of products is being offered here.
