DS1233DZ-5+T&R Overview


This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). Please find attached TO-261-4, TO-261AA functions for your reference in this IC power. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. This power management has 4 pins. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 1.2V volts. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. The power management's supply current is 50μA. You can always use DS1233D, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. At the most, voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 50μA. As you can see, this IC power comes from the well-known EconoReset series of products.
