DS1233MS-5+T&R Overview


In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions. As with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. 8 pins are present on the power management system. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 1.2V volts. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 50μA. You can always use DS1233M, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. At the most, voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 50μA. As you may know, this PMIC comes from the well-known EconoReset series product line.
