DS1236N-5+ Overview


There are 16 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. It is packaged with Tube. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. To assist you, this PMIC includes 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Battery Backup Circuit manage ics. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 5V. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. It has a total of 16 pins that are attached to IC management. Through Hole is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: 0°C~70°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain, Push-Pull from this supervisor when it is operating.
