DS1321+ Overview


Tube has packaged it with its materials. As a result, it is provided in the 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) to save space. This is a high quality and reliable type of Nonvolatile RAM. Setting the operating temperature to -40°C~85°C is recommended. To ensure the proper operation of the unit, a voltage of 4.75V~5.5V must be supplied. The mount is constructed using the Through Hole technique. More related electronic parts can be found according its base part number DS1321. A 16 termination is used to prevent signals from reflecting off the transmission line's end. Approximately 5V volts are supplied to the device. The 16 pins are configured on the board. Depending on the component with the lowest tolerance for high temperatures, 260 will determine the reflow temperature limit. An electronic apart with 16 channels is involved in this process.
