DS1708TESA+T&R Overview


It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). There are 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. Power managment ic pin count is 8. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 1.2V for this IC power. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 5.5V volts in this PMIC. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Push-Pull, Push-Pull. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 60μA. You can always use DS1708, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. A maximum supply temperature of 60μA can be used. The PMIC is a kind of the well-known MicroMonitor? series of products.
