DS1811-5+ Overview


There are 3 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Bulk. For your reference, this IC power includes a list of 1 functions. There are a total of 1 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. When a supply voltage of 5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The power management is mounted by a Through Hole-axis. The power management belongs to the Power Management Circuits subcategory. 3 pins are present in total in this power management. 3 pins are on the supervisor. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 0V for this PMIC. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. A Through Hole mounting type is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector.
