DS1812-5+T&R Overview


There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. In this IC management you will find TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) functions for you to refer to. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. By Through Hole, IC management has been mounted. There are 3 pins on the power managment ic. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 0V for this IC power. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. Through Hole is the recommended mounting type. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation. The power management's supply current is 40μA. You can always use DS1812, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. At most, voltage supervisor can operate at a supply temperature of 40μA. The IC power comes from the well-known EconoReset series.
