DS1812-5+T&R Overview

The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. Through Hole is the recommended mounting type. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation. The power management's supply current is 40μA. You can always use DS1812, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. At most, voltage supervisor can operate at a supply temperature of 40μA. The IC power comes from the well-known EconoReset series.
