DS1813R-10+T&R Overview


Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. Pin count of the power management is 3. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 0V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector. There is a supply current of 40μA for the power management. If you want to search for similar IC managements of this manufacturer, you can always refer to DS1813, which is the base power ics number. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 40μA. The IC power comes from the well-known EconoReset series.
