DS1813R-5+T&R Overview


Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. In this IC management you will find TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for you to refer to. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. This power management has 3 pins. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 0V for this PMIC. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5.5V volts in this IC management. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~85°C TA degrees. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector. For this power management, there is an 40μA volt supply current. It is always advisable to use DS1813, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 40μA. Located in the well-known EconoReset series product line, this IC management is a kind of this series.
