DS1814AR-10+T&R Overview


This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). IC management is packaged as a SC-74A, SOT-753 package. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. This power management has 5 pins. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts in this IC power. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. There is an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole from this supervisor when it is operating.
