DS1814BR-5+T&R Overview


Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. To assist you, this PMIC includes SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. Power managment ic pin count is 5. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1V. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~85°C TA degrees. The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Push-Pull, Push-Pull. As far as the supply current of the power management is concerned, it is 15μA. It is always advisable to use DS1814, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. The maximum supply temperature voltage supervisor can handle is 15μA. As you may know, this PMIC comes from the well-known MicroMonitor? series product line.
