DS1814CR-10+T&R Overview


This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). IC management is packaged as a SC-74A, SOT-753 package. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. Power managment ic pin count is 5. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 1V volts. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Push-Pull during operation. For this power management, there is an 15μA volt supply current. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using DS1814, the base power ics number. The power management can work with a maximum supply temperature of 15μA. The IC power that you are looking at comes from our well-known MicroMonitor? series product line.
