DS1815R-10+T&R Overview


It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. As with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. The pins of the power management system count 3. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 0V volts. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountIt is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. As a result of this supervisor's operation, the output voltage is Push-Pull, Totem Pole. For this power management, there is an 35μA volt supply current. You can always use DS1815, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. At most, voltage supervisor can operate at a supply temperature of 35μA. Supervisors from the well-known EconoReset series product line are featured in this PMIC.
