DS1815R-20+T&R Overview


In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. In this PMIC, you can find TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for your reference. As with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. This power management system has 3 pins. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 0V for this power management. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 35μA is the recommended value. It is always advisable to use DS1815, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. The maximum supply temperature voltage supervisor can handle is 35μA. The IC power comes from the well-known EconoReset series.
