DS1818R-20+T&R Overview


A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. There are TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Power management conducts at a voltage of 1. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. This power management system has 3 pins. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 1V for this PMIC. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. Supplied with a operating current of 35μA, this PMIC is capable of fully function as specified. You can always use DS1818, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. The maximum supply temperature that PMIC chip can work with is 35μA. As you may know, this PMIC comes from the well-known EconoReset series product line.
