DS1819CR-10+T&R Overview


Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. Please refer to power management for SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. Power management conducts at a voltage of 1. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. There are 5 pins on the power managment ic. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 1V. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Push-Pull as the output voltage. The supply current of the power management is 12μA. It is always advisable to use DS1819, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. A maximum supply temperature of 12μA can be used with this power management. It is one of the well-known MicroMonitor? series power ic line.
