DS2778G+T&R Overview


The 14-WFDFN Exposed Pad package is suitable for battery instrument. There are 14 pins on it. Tape & Reel (TR) cases are used for packaging. The electrical component must be mounted with Surface Mount. There should be a minimum supply voltage of 4V volts for this electrical part. There is a mounting point for this electronic component in the direction of Surface Mount. This power IC's supplied voltage should not exceed 9.2V volts. It can provide functions of type Multi-Function Controller. A temperature range of -20°C~70°C TA is optimal for the electric part to deliver its performance. This electronic part has a chemistry of Lithium Ion/Polymer. In order for this system battery to be activated, its value cannot be less than 0. A temperature below 70°C is suggested for use.
