DS4510U-5+ Overview


This voltage supervisor has a total of 10 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tube model. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please refer to power management for 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. IC management conducts in a 5V-voltage supply. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. 10 pins are present in total in this power management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. As a result of this supervisor's operation, the output voltage is Open Drain or Open Collector. It is always advisable to use DS4510, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer.
