DS5001FP-16N+ Overview


There is an option to purchase it in the 80-BQFP package, which saves space. This is mounted using the Surface Mount method. It comes in the package?of a Tray. There is a 8051 as core processor in this device. When working, it is recommended that the temperature be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. Memory type NVSRAM is used for program memory. There are 32 I/Os on it. Based on its base part number of DS5001, other similarly-sized components can be found. The terminals are positioned at QUAD. Currently, it consists of 80 terminationals.
