DS80C390-FCR+ Overview


Due to its space-saving qualities, it is available in the 64-LQFP package. Surface Mount is used for mounting. It is available in the Tray package. Devices with 8051 core processors are available. It is important to keep the temperature at 0°C~70°C TA while working. ROMless has been assigned to it as a program memory. 32 I/Os can be found on it.
