EC7401QI Overview


Capsuled in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 4 outputs. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. With this function, you can deal with PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4.75V~5.25V. Worked in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher before. Switching can be done at 80kHz~1MHz with this switching controller. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. The dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start for efficient switching control. Switch converters are connected to ICs with SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog outputs. EC7401 can be searched for other relevant dc to dc converter ics. Thare are switch converters of the Enpirion? series.
