For greater flexibility, the SOIC package is adopted.This device is equipped with 1 drivers for its configuration.Initially, the configuration is composed of 8 terminations.In this case, Surface Mount indicates how the device is mounted.During design, it is configured with 8 pins.With a supply voltage of 15V, it is designed to operate.The interface chip of the system is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 4A.Several electronic components are included in its subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to set the operating temperature to 85°C.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of -40°C.To maintain higher stability, the supply current should always be 7.5mA.For operation, the supply voltage of 16V is the maximum value.A supply voltage of 4.5V is the minimum value required to operate the device.Currently, 4A is the current it outputs.For this device to function, a resistance value of 1.5Ohm is required.
