For greater flexibility, its SOIC package is used.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.You mount it with Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 12V is required for operation.The interface IC of the device is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER.In the maximum case, the output current can be 4A volts.Mosfet driver includes a number of useful electronic components in Mosfet drivers subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to set the operating temperature to 125°C.Temperatures below -40°C are allowable as a minimum.The power supply of 15V is able to solve the power supply problems for a wide variety of applications.
