The SOIC package provides greater flexibility.Bulk represents the package.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Mosfet driver is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.When designing, the device is configured with 8 pins.Specification is for 15V supply voltage operation.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.As a maximum, there is 2A limit to the output current.The subcategory of MOSFET Drivers contains a wide variety of useful electronic components.Components with 8 pins are available.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 85°C.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.As a precaution, make sure the supply current is kept at 5mA.When the supply voltage is 15V, it is at its maximum operation.In order for the device to function, the supply voltage must be set to 4.5V.As a result, the current it emits is 4A.
