It saves RF transceiver IC's board space with the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. As a RF transceiver's mounting method, Surface Mount is used.This emerges as a TxRx + MCU with transceiver RF's high efficiency and reliability.A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).With 40 pins, the transceiver RF circuit board is designed.The frequency of 2.4GHz is used as the basis for RF transceivers operation.
