In order to save board space, RF transceiver IC uses the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. For RF transceiver's mounting, it uses the Surface Mount method.It emergys as a TxRx + MCU with transceiver RF's high efficiency and reliable performance.High reliability is achieved using advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tray.48 pins are present on the transceiver RF circuit board.Surface Mount is the one that mounts transceiver.Frequency 2.4GHz is the basis of operation.
