There are two packages that contain fpga chips: FBGA package and X package. Fpga chips consists of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY elements. A total of 185 I/Os allow data to be transferred in a more coherent manner. In order to construct a fundamental building block, 5980 logic elements/cells are required. In order to operate fpga chips, a voltage supply of 1.5V volts is required. There is a Field Programmable Gate Arrays family component in this FPGA part. In this device, there are 185 outputs that can be used. There are a total of 256 terminations. For the program to work properly, the RAM si11.3kBe of this FPGA module must reach 11.3kB GB in order to ensure normal operation. In order to make it work, 256 pins have been designed. As long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it could work fantastically according to its specifications. A 1.5V-volt supply allows designers to fully utilize its flexibility. Powered by a 1.51.5/3.3V power supply, it can be operated by almost anyone. A maximum operating temperature of 100°C can be reached by this module.
