EP20K160EQC208-2X Overview


There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 208-BFQFP package and X package. A LOADABLE PLD-based FPGA is one of these types. Its 143 I/Os help it transfer data more efficiently. Logic blocks consist of 6400 logic elements/cells. It is powered from a supply voltage of 1.8V. The Field Programmable Gate Arrays family of FPGA parts includes this part. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. With a supply voltage of 1.71V~1.89V, this device operates with ease. FPGAs belonging to the APEX-20KE? series are a type of FPGA that belong to the APEX-20KE? series of FPGAs. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of 0°C~85°C TJ. The device has 135 outputs that are integrated into it. In order to save space, this FPGA model has been contained in Tray. 208 terminations are present in total. Fpga chips is important to note that this device has a RAM capacFpga chipsy of 81920 bFpga chipss. Parts related to this part can be found using its base part number EP20K160. An array of 640 LABs/CLBs is built into the FPGA. Power is provided by a 1.81.8/3.3V battery that is included with the device.
