There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 256-LBGA package and X package. The FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. Having 152 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. The basic building blocks of logic contain 18752 logic elements/cells. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 1.2V volts needs to be provided. The Field Programmable Gate Arrays family of FPGAs includes this part. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. With a supply voltage of 1.15V~1.25V, this device operates with ease. There are many types of FPGAs in the Cyclone? II series, this is one of them. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within 0°C~85°C TJ range. In order to make this device as versatile as possible, there are 136 different outputs included. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tray.
