There are two packages that contain fpga chips: FBGA package and X package. The FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. The basic building blocks of logic contain 109424 logic elements/cells. Supply voltage is 1.2V volts. Part of the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array. In this device, there are 393 outputs that can be used. As a whole, it has 672 terminations. The RAM si686.3kBe of this FPGA module reaches 686.3kB so as to guarantee the normal operation of the program during operation. In this case, 672 pins are used in the design.
