EP9307-CRZR Overview

With a packing size of 272-LFBGA, this embedded microprocessor is ideal for international shipping. In order to provide high reliability, advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. This CPU uses SDRAM RAM controllers. With its AC'97, I2S, IrDA, SPI, UART interfaces, this microprocessor will be able to serve you better. The CPU runs at 1.8V 3.3V when it comes to I/O.
