EP9307-IRZR Overview

Since the microprocessor is packed in 272-LFBGA, shipping overseas is convenient. High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). CPUs have 1 Core 32-Bit cores/bus width. Obtain a basic understanding of operating temperature around 0°C. This is a member of the EP9 series. The CPU is cored with a ARM920T processor. Memory controllers for this CPU are SDRAM. A AC'97, I2S, IrDA, SPI, UART interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better. 1.8V 3.3V is the I/O speed of this CPU. EP9307 is a good way to search for variants of the microprocessor. A 200MHz frequency is used by the CPU. 272 pin functions are described in the datasheets. Data can be transferred over 32b bandwidths. Temperatures above 85°C are not suitable for operating the microprocessor. In this case, we have a CPU with only 1 core. As of 1.8V, the CPU microprocessor is capable of functioning. There is 4B RAM (Random Access Memory) built in.
