This package makes use of the 20-LCC (J-Lead) programming language.Packaging for the external use of Tray.0°C~70°C-qualified.OTP allows for programmability.FPGA is powered by a voltage which is 4.5V~5.5V volts, and this voltage is the voltage from which the generator is powered.This memory device is mounted in Surface Mount.Data storage is limited to 65kb bytes.In addition to this part, you can search "EPC1064" for other similar parts.FPGA reuqires a supply voltage of 5V.Different functions can be assigned to 20 terminations.This memory device can be used with a maximum voltage of 5.25V.FPGA is essential that a minimum voltage of 4.75V be supplied to the device in order for FPGA to function.This is a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip.The reflow soldering process should be done at a temperature no higher than 220.This memory transmit data in the SERIAL process way.There is a memory IC in this package that works at 4MHz frequencies.A COMMON configuration is used for the memory's I/O.Memory is recommended to use a 5V power supply.Memory features 4 WIRE INTERFACE TO FLEX 8000 DEVICES to better serve the need.A EPC series device, it belongs to the EPC family.
