EPC1064LI20 Overview


This package is based on a neat PLCC package which is used by it.FPGA is limFPGAed to 8.1kB bytes for the size of the data storage.The supply voltage should be 5V.20 terminations with different functions.A maximum voltage of 5.5V can be applied to this memory device.Minimum voltage 4.5V is required for the device to work.A CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip is shown here.In reflow soldering, the temperature should be controlled to a maximum of 220 degrees during the process.FPGA has 20 pins.By using SERIAL-processing, data can be transmitted through this memory in a secure manner.With the part are included 20 pins.There is a configuration of COMMON for the memory's I/O.A power supply that is rated at 5V is recommended for use with this product.The inclusion of 4 WIRE INTERFACE TO FLEX 8000 DEVICES as part of our product line has been done in order to better serve our customers' needs.As a matter of fact, it is a type of OTP ROMs.In order to control the sliding, the controller operates at a frequency of 6MHz.A temperature of -40°C can be reached by the device and it is still capable of functioning.During operation, it should be kept below 85°C degrees Celsius.
